See yourself in our team You will be part of Financial Crimes Technology (FCT) team supporting key stakeholders across the Group in a highly regulated and fast paced environment. As a staff Software Engineer, you’ll be an integral senior member of our Engineering team. We are responsible for driving the architecture, design, build and governance roadmap across the group for various workflow technologies. We are interested in hearing from people who Pride themselves on their knowledge and hands on experience of Pega 8.x Have solid hands-on experience in building and designing workflow applications such as Pega and Appian Are confident effectively engaging with stakeholders of all levels Pride themselves on implementing best practices in engineering, architecture, design & Coding Are knowledgeable developing and deploying high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage without supervision. Are confident analysing business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements. Are constantly designing and implementing technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements. Are confident estimating the development effort for new features Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within their own team / platform Tech Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team! Developing and designing workflow applications using Pega & Appian Pega CLSA 8.x and beyond Pega CLSA Certified on version 8.x or equivalent Appian or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)) Cloud domain knowledge with an AWS or Azure Certified Agile, SDLC, and Iterative Various hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure SQL and/or working with other larger volume in data Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Observe, or Splunk. Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in the software development lifecycle. Expertise in automation frameworks and tools for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
