About the role This part-time, permanent role is based in Wingfield. Ideally, you’ll work Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm, although hours are flexible for the right candidate. We’re looking for a capable and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across all divisions (Transport, Construction, and Workshop). This role suits a professional, friendly, and organised individual who can manage reception duties, office administration, and basic accounts tasks while supporting the wider team as needed. Key Responsibilities Reception & Customer Service: Greet clients, customers, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Manage the front desk and provide assistance as the first point of contact. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments. Office Administration: Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain stationery supplies, process orders, and ensure adequate stock levels. Manage staff uniform stock and process uniform orders. Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks as required. Accounts & Workshop Support: Enter workshop invoicing into the internal system accurately and in a timely manner, Process accounts payable for both workshop and office requirements, provide monthly reports to management on truck costings and expenses, Support workshop administration tasks as directed. Divisional Support: Provide administrative support to Transport, Construction, and Workshop teams as needed. Assist with ad hoc projects and office-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills and experience Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and accounts processing. Knowledge of basic accounts or bookkeeping processes. Familiarity with office administration systems and procedures. Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role. You’re tech-savvy – familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and ideally Xero You bring a positive attitude, a proactive spirit, and practical thinking You’re eager to support those around you and have a laugh along the way.
