The position As a Sales Consultant, your role is to provide sales support for premium 4x4 accessories, prepare accurate quotes, and deliver excellent service to individual customers, retail customers, and dealerships, with growing opportunities across the fleet and mining sectors. Duties include: Process incoming inquiries (web, phone, email, social media). Prepare and send quotes to customers. Convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Follow up on quotes and manage customer relationships. Process orders and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain relationships with dealerships and fleet customers. Skills & experience required: Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of vehicle accessories and modifications is highly advantageous. Computer proficiency with the ability to process quotes quickly and accurately. High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced & high-volume environment. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an adaptable communication style. Team-oriented with a professional manner.
