Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience This is an entry-level position designed for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the drive to build a career in sales within the manufacturing industry. The role will be administration-based for the first 6-12 months , where you will shadow the sales team, learn the ins and outs of the processes, and gain a strong understanding of the administration side of sales. This training pathway ensures you build the foundations needed to succeed and grow into a client-facing sales role. Key Responsibilities Assist with client enquiries, vehicle check-ins, and handovers. Provide sales administration support including data entry and account coordination. Manage incoming calls and client communications. Support order processing, quotes, and account follow-ups. Assist with vehicle photography and social media updates. Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to team objectives. Maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting, and quality control procedures. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception or administration-based role . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MYOB or Jira advantageous. Motivated, team-focused, and eager to learn. Current valid driver's licence.
