Our client is a leading Australian distributor and manufacturer of vehicle frontal protection systems, utility trays, canopies, cattle crates and truck bodies. They are seeking a full-time, high-performing Senior Sales Consultant to join their team. This position requires a results-driven professional who can consistently achieve sales targets/KPIs, is highly motivated, and can think outside the box to close deals. Working closely with the Sales Manager and broader team, the Senior Sales Consultant will play a vital role in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the continued success of the business. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service including vehicle check-ins, handovers, and ongoing communication. Provide accurate sales administration support, including quotes, proposals, and order processing. Handle incoming sales enquiries and support the team during peak periods. Ensure client information is accurate and coordinate with Accounts Receivable for deposits and payments. Enter and maintain data accurately across company systems (MYOB, Jira). Liaise with the Quality Manager and Sales Manager to manage and resolve claims. Contribute to continuous improvement by adhering to and promoting company quality standards. Support marketing and sales promotions, including vehicle photography and social media content. Attend weekly sales meetings, huddles, and actively contribute to sales strategies. Work collaboratively with the Administration team to ensure smooth client communication and workflow. Uphold company WHS requirements and report hazards/incidents promptly. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development, with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Background in administration, quality assurance, or sales support highly regarded. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MYOB and Jira is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional presentation and ability to represent the business with clients.
