The Role – More Than Just a Section You’ll be trusted to run your section independently, maintaining output, quality, and service coordination—sometimes across different restaurant styles depending on your experience. The role: Preparing and presenting Mediterranean, Italian, or Modern Australian cuisine Supporting both à la carte and buzzer-based service models Coordinating with FOH using docket systems Maintaining prep, hygiene, and section accountability under pressure You won’t be boxed into one role. Instead, you'll will evolve with your skills and interests—perfect for a chef ready to explore different kitchen identities without jumping employers.
