The Tasks Ahead: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and provide reporting as required. About You You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in placing candidates, preferably in the mining, resources, or related industries. You are highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping people find meaningful work. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously. Experience in mining or resources recruitment is highly desirable.
