As a Technology Controls & Assurance Senior Manager , you’ll play a vital role in you will be supporting the Technology Controls & Assurance Director to ensure that technology, security and data controls are documented, assessed, and managed effectively across the firm , working with clients across the business which will enable you to successfully manage and execute control testing and reporting ensuring control weaknesses, risks and issues are managed in accordance with the firm's risk appetite . What you’ll do: Demonstrating extensive experience in technology risk, controls, audits, and assurance with strong skills in control testing, gap identification, and remediation aligned to firm risk appetite. Demonstrating deep knowledge of audit, risk management, governance, and control frameworks, coupled with effective stakeholder communication and influence. Demonstrating proven ability in meaningful reporting, driving continuous improvement, and managing multiple priorities to deliver timely , quality outcomes. Demonstrating being collaborative, innovative, and integrity-driven, fostering positive relationships and reimagining solutions for clients and stakeholders. What we’re looking for: Contributing to development, implementation, and testing of Technology, Security, and Data Controls, ensuring effective internal control evaluation per the Control Assurance Framework. Collaborating with control owners to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and escalate unmitigated risks or control weaknesses outside risk appetite. Leading the Quality Management for Service Excellence Assurance (Objective 11 Technological Resources’) which supports from a technological risk and IT controls operation perspective. This includes: (1)Identification of QSME systems and tools including the associated infrastructure (2) Ongoing monitoring program to ensure compliance with identified IT controls for in-scope systems and tools (3) Escalate / Resolve risk matters (4) Support the regular independent global review and testing program. Driving enhancements in technology controls and assurance frameworks, providing expert guidance in IT governance, risk management, and controls.
