About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior Corporate Finance professional to grow their career by working with our Corporate Advisory Partners. You will supervise the team, ensuring support and development for team members, and provide advice to Directors on a range of corporate advisory transactions, including: Business and equity valuations Independent expert reports Purchase price allocations M&As IPOs Financial due diligence Accountant report investigations Equity capital raisings Private equity Bank pre-lending Financial modelling The successful candidate will join a team that values open conversations and continuous learning, ensuring a great future and career at Nexia.
