You will be responsible for managing existing broker relationships and developing new business. Your experience: Proven success in managing broker/vendor relationships in a similar position. Confident going out to win new broker firms to increase overall sales. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and successfully reaching sales targets. A team player able to identify and implement innovative go-to-market strategies. What experience/attributes do you need? Recent demonstrated success in Asset Finance in a similar position. A can-do customer centric attitude. Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly. A team player and the ability to work at a fast pace. Comfortable working in a FinTech.
