You can learn more about Sandfire on our website. https://www.sandfire.com.au/ About the Role Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): Maintain a central sustainability data repository Lead Atticus utilisation and evaluate and implement any other technological solutions to support improvement in data integrity Lead the end-to-end preparation of the sustainability report including supporting climate change and Modern Slavery preparation to ensure alignment of the reporting suite and consistency in data cross-over Analyse ESG reporting trends, market ratings and standards to provide strategic input to the business Work with Investor Relations to improve ESG/Sustainability rating Lead the relationship with external assurance providers Coordinate internal data collection from cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines Work closely with the operating sites, exploration and projects to collect, validate and interpret sustainability data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Data Analytics, engineering, accounting or related field About You Familiarity with non-financial assurance processes Experience working with technologies/systems to support reporting Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and plan work programs 5 years of experience in data management, analysis and reporting Proven experience with data governance, assurance and audit principles Deep understanding of mining -specific sustainability topics Benefits Attractive, market-competitive remuneration package.
