Job Description As our Night Auditor, you’ll be the point of contact for guests throughout the night, ensuring a warm and seamless experience after hours. Alongside delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll handle late check-ins and early departures and respond to guest requests. You’ll also complete end-of-day reconciliations and reporting to support the smooth handover to the morning team. This role blends hospitality with attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly overnight. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary after-hours contact for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries, and room service. Perform nightly cash reconciliations, financial reporting, and generate occupancy and revenue reports. Manage emails, phone calls, and urgent requests while supporting early-morning event setups. Monitor and restock supplies for minibars, breakfast service, and bar fridges as needed. Log and communicate maintenance issues, stock levels, and provide clear handover notes for day staff.
