This position partners with the business to embed systematic compliance management and reporting, ensuring alignment with legislation, regulations, policies, and audits. By delivering expert advice, maintaining enterprise compliance frameworks, and supporting executive reporting, you will enable informed decision-making and strengthen organisational governance. About the Team You will join the newly established Enterprise Governance, Compliance and Assurance team within the Corporate Legal, Governance and Compliance branch - a collaborative group of seven who support each other to deliver in a constantly evolving, sensitive environment. Reporting to a manager who offers a high level of trust and autonomy, you will be empowered to work independently while having an open line for guidance and support when navigating roadblocks or complex challenges. What we’re looking for Expertise in Compliance Management Demonstrated knowledge of compliance frameworks, legislation, and public sector requirements. You’ll provide expert advice, training, and guidance to drive a strong compliance culture across the organisation while ensuring key obligations are met and maintained. Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills Influence your ability to analyse complex compliance data, maintain accurate registers, and deliver clear, actionable reports to senior leadership and committees. Your insights will directly support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of compliance practices. Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement Excel at building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders to implement effective controls, frameworks, and procedures. Your ability to influence, communicate effectively, and partner across teams will be essential to embedding compliance and governance initiatives organisation-wide.
