As the digital experience partner you will provide your key responsibilities will include: Deliver day-to-day technical support across Lendlease WA sites, including AV, hardware and software support Lead site setups, including cabling and hardware installation Support in resolving support tickets nationally Travel to Lendlease sites to provide hands-on support Job requirements: You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, with a customer focussed approach to your work, you will also have: 3 years’ experience in a similar standalone IT support role Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with Windows, M365 & MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) Please note: due to the nature of this position, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and have or be willing to gain government security clearance. A valid driver’s licence is also required.
