As Development Manager, you’ll: Take ownership of diverse projects from acquisition through delivery. Your ideas will shape multi-million dollar projects and be seen at board level. Who We’re Looking For You bring: 3 years in property development (land or built form preferred). Experience leading projects from design through approvals and delivery. Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling, and reporting skills. Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. Tertiary qualifications in property, planning, engineering, finance or related discipline. A personable, positive, and driven approach, with high attention to detail. Rezoning, feasibility, and major project leadership experience will be highly regarded.
