How about getting paid $5k for each one you refer What your day looks like: · HD Mobile Plant / Diesel Fitter role where your technical expertise supports structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet · Be a hands-on mentor – upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience · Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards · Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact What we’ll need from you: · Post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.
