We’re currently experiencing a significant growth period and are looking for two experienced Mechanical Supervisors with Boilermaker experience to join our expanding team. The Role: We are seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to lead teams on mine sites. This FIFO role involves supervising personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, and the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop your team while promoting a strong safety culture. Plan, coordinate, and monitor workflows with clients and internal teams. Deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Maintain professionalism on-site and with clients. Skills & Experience: 5 years mining supervisory experience (with references). Trade certificate in Boilermaking or Mechanical discipline. Supervisory training (Appointed Persons). Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets. Valid Driver’s Licence, clean police clearance, and full Australian working rights. Rio Tinto induction (preferred or willing to obtain). What We Offer: Competitive pay & conditions.
