Data Quality Assurance Specialist & Onsite Auditor Some jobs box you in. This one doesn’t. Here, you’ll get variety. Part of your week in the CBD office, part of it onsite with clients around Melbourne (and sometimes interstate). You’ll see inside industries most people never do like health, aviation, corrections, mining, retail, education, government… all from the perspective of the assets that keep them running. You’ll also get responsibility. Not the “we’ll throw you in the deep end and hope you swim” kind, but the trust to manage your own workload, fix problems, and know your attention to detail actually matters. And you’ll get to build on your skills. If you’re already an Excel whiz, you’ll use that every day. If you’re curious about asset management, auditing tech, and data systems, you’ll learn those on the job. What you’ll be doing Making messy data usable. Cleansing, validating, and checking it makes sense. Going onsite with a tablet and scanner to make sure physical assets match what’s in the system. Supporting projects so clients get reliable data they can use. What you’ll need Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable). Sharp attention to detail. A driver’s licence (for interstate work). The kind of people skills that make clients glad you showed up. Nice to have (but not essential) A degree in IT or Engineering. Experience with asset or facilities management data. A few practical bits: background checks, vaccinations, and possibly a First Aid certificate are required (we’ll support you with that). If you like variety, responsibility, and the idea that your work actually makes things run better, this role gives you all three. Apply now – or message us with your story.
