Key Responsibilities: Deliver IT support across a diverse client base, both remotely and on-site. Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving firewalls, network switches, and IT systems. Troubleshoot Office 365, Teams, Outlook, and Exchange Online. Manage and maintain client environments, documenting solutions and configurations. Stay current with industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and apply this knowledge to client environments. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions. Technologies you'll be supporting: ConnectWise ticketing systems. Network Support (Routers, Switches, WAN, LAN). Firewall support experience (Fortinet, Meraki). Disaster Recovery experience (Veeam, Datto). Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022). VMWare, Hyper-V, ESXi. Microsoft 365.
