With operations across Australia, an opportunity to join the Brisbane team in a Front Line Leadership role as Production Supervisor now exists. About the roles: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will take accountability of a key division of the FMCG operations including people, safety, production, culture and improvement. The Production Supervisor will empower and encourage the team to achieve production targets to quality, safety and HACCP standards. Working closely with peers, you will bring your systems thinking approach to the role and deliver results and performance through your teams' success. Listening to your team, you will foster a mindset of 'what can we do better than yesterday'. Comfortable on the production floor, your leadership style will energise the team, whilst encouraging development, performance and accountability. About you: As an experienced Production Supervisor, ideally in FMCG, you are passionate about leading teams with influence and authenticity. Your ability to think on your feet with competing demands will ensure your success, together with your passion for team engagement.
