Lite n’ Easy is seeking a dynamic Group Planning Manager to lead and optimise the flow of finished goods and materials across our supply network. This is a pivotal role that ensures service, quality, and cost are maximised throughout our operations. Key Responsibilities: In partnership with the Head of Supply Chain, contribute to the development and evolution of the group-wide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies. Facilitate “what if” scenario planning to mitigate business risk and gaps through the S&OP cycle. Actively communicate S&OP outputs to key stakeholders such as S&OP risks (supply, demand, budget), product deletions and activation of new products. Lead cyclical production masterdata & sequencing reviews with the planning and manufacturing teams to ensure planning rules are optimal. Lead and support wider supply chain & operations improvement projects such as strategic procurement and manufacturing improvement initiatives. Create and lead an environment that fosters trust, collaboration and empowerment, supporting the growth and development of team members. Actively engage with senior leaders across the business, building relationships and organisational awareness.
