We’ll empower you to: Beyou Bechallenged Becontinuouslygrowing Bepartofsomethingbigger So Come, BeRemarkable at Indara Description Reporting to the Manager, Drawing Office, the purpose of this role is to produce CAD drawings for installation and construction works on Indara and Customer owned sites. The design draftsperson will also manage and mentor design drafting staff and deliver CAD drawings to Indara and Customer delivery expectations and quality specifications. Key responsibilities will include: • Ensuring all designs and detailing to be accurate and a true representation of the telecommunication site. • Produce CAD drawings in a timely manner and deliver to Indara and Customer expectations and standards. • Produce structural CAD drawings including but not limited to tower installations/strengthening works, rooftop, foundation and various other structural details. • Produce fabrication drawings for installation and construction works on telecommunication structures when required. • Produce drawings conforming to Indara and Customer CAD standards. • Notify the appropriate person when anomalies, errors, omissions, etc. are found during the course of drawing preparations. • Manage, develop, and maintain Indara and Customer drawing standards and libraries. • Manage, develop, and maintain Indara CAD quality management systems. • Manage and mentor design drafting staff within the Indara group. • Take a leadership role in defining Indara CAD processes and procedures. • Provide mount design concept advice to engineers related to CAD matters. • Coordinate with offshore drafting partners in exchanging the drafting requirements, prioritizing the job delivery time and maintaining the quality of the drawings to suit Indara and Customer CAD standards. • Create and maintain drawing library for telecom related equipment Skills And Experiences To be successful in this role you will have: Engineering Certificate OR Industry accepted Computer Aided Drafting (AutoCAD) training course Cert 3 TAFE Working knowledge of any 3D CAD modelling software such as TEKLA, Revit or Solid Works AutoLisp programming Minimum 5 years in drafting experience ideally within the wireless telecommunications industry Knowledge of telecommunications industry (i.e, antennas, feeder cables, tower & monopole structures, equipment cabins etc.,) How we empower you to BeRemarkable BeYou – We create an environment where you are comfortable to be who you are as we know the best you is the one who feels like they belong.
