Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Coordinate all recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and database management. Proactively source and engage top talent , including hard-to-find niche skillsets, using a variety of sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and provide tailored recruitment support. Support the design and execution of workforce capability planning , including data-driven skills gap analysis for future hiring needs. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience. Maintain accurate, timely, and candidate interview details within the ATS. Requirements Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for recruitment. A keen willingness to be part of the broader HR team.
