The opportunity Reporting to the Director of Campus Network, the Regional Operations Leader (ROL) will: Lead, coach and develop Campus Directors across a portfolio of up to 10 campuses in the Northern Beaches, from Brookvale to St Leonards. Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance. Deliver commercial outcomes by optimising revenue, managing costs, and achieving EBITDA targets. Act as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions, ensuring smooth implementation of strategy, projects, and initiatives. Collaborate with a team of Regional Operations Leaders across the Eastern Seaboard, sharing insights and driving strategic goals together. Support and embed the OAC Way, ensuring high-quality care and education for children, and a positive, engaging culture for staff. Build strong networks of Campus Directors, fostering collegiality and the sharing of best practice across the region and the wider organisation. About you You’re an experienced operational leader with a track record of success in multi-site or area management, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Proven experience leading large teams and driving performance across multiple sites. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and influence P&L performance. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards. The ability to coach, mentor and uplift leaders, tailoring your approach to different individuals and contexts. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and supportive style. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across your region.
