As part of our Timetabling Transformation Project, we are seeking a Senior Analyst with the drive and expertise to turn complex service challenges into streamlined, effective solutions. About the Role Sitting within the Enabling Services Reform team of the Operations Portfolio, you will lead business process improvement activities that directly impact timetabling and broader service delivery. This is not a traditional analyst role — it’s a unique opportunity to design future-state processes, reduce pain points, and create long-term efficiencies that enhance the student and staff experience. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end process mapping to identify opportunities for service optimisation. Driving improvements in timetabling processes, ensuring systems and workflows support RMIT’s scale and dual-sector context. Embedding continuous improvement methodologies and using data to measure and demonstrate benefits. Partnering with stakeholders across the University to deliver changes that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with RMIT’s strategy. About You You are a collaborative and forward-thinking professional with experience in: Process improvement and service transformation, preferably in the higher education sector. Understanding of timetabling challenges in large or dual-sector institutions. Translating complexity into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable impact. Building strong stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively across diverse groups.
