Why you'll love this opportunity as an Accounts Officer at Civica As an Accounts Officer, you will join our Finance team and work in a dynamic and fast-paced software environment. This role offers variety across accounts functions and the opportunity to work with a friendly, stable team. You’ll be part of Civica’s APAC business, reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, and collaborating with both local and international teams. What you will be doing Manage customer orders in collaboration with the Sales Team and international colleagues Prepare and issue customer invoices Oversee Accounts Receivable processes Maintain and reconcile Revenue/Cost of Sales schedules Generate variable recurring revenue reports Perform month-end processes within strict deadlines Support ad hoc invoicing needs (e.g. customer events) Manage costs and process expense recharge invoices for customer onsite support Provide backup support for other accounts staff during leave Ensure compliance with global processes and procedures Requirements What you'll do to be successful in the role Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Analytical and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and communicative Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Experience with accounting systems Benefits Why you'll love working with us We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
