Why This Role Could Be Perfect for You: This is not your typical "by the numbers" accounting role. You'll play a vital part in supporting both operational and strategic objectives. As a true business partner, you'll work closely with key stakeholders, including General Managers, the CEO, and the Chairman, to ensure the financial integrity and success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements and provide detailed management reporting . Analyse monthly results and assess variances against budgets and forecasts. Build out annual budgets and forecasts , ensuring accuracy and insight. Drive process improvement within the finance team. Develop and maintain dashboard and KPI reporting for better insights. Engage in investment assessment , due diligence, and make informed recommendations to senior leadership. Manage group insurance policies and provide ad-hoc support to leadership as needed. Collaborate closely with the Internal Property Management Team on month-end tasks. Ensure the integrity of financial accounting records and compliance with accounting systems. What We're Looking For: ✔ Qualifications : CA or CPA qualified preferred, with at least 7 years of finance experience . A background in professional services and/or commercial settings preferred. ✔ Technical Competence : Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial analysis and modelling. ✔ Preferred Skills : Prior experience in the property industry (desirable, not essential). Strong technical knowledge coupled with great financial acumen. A track record of designing and implementing internal controls . ✔ Personal Attributes : Autonomous, proactive, and adept at improving processes. A true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills , both written and verbal. What's in It for You?
