Responsibilities/Duties Let’s skip the dry, repetitive, AI job description of a “Head of Product.” If you are right for the job, you know what needs to be done. Selection Criteria You’re someone who can manage large, complex SKU ranges across multiple product categories, ideally with experience in engineering, PTA, abrasives, tools, or industrial products. You’re just as comfortable diving into numbers, strategy, and technology as you are switching gears to present with confidence to customers, suppliers, and senior leaders.
