About the Company Our client is a healthcare organisation with many sites across Melbourne. About the Role You will be assisting a collaborative and tenured team of 7 within HR, with the delivery of a large-scale industrial change project. With direction provided from the People Operations Lead & 4 HR BP's, you will support from an operational and delivery standpoint in a relocation project. This is a temporary project role starting ASAP for 9 months minimum , potential to extend. They operate Monday-Friday, working 1 day from office per week, with a hybrid model offered. Please note occasional travel to sites will be required. This is a great opportunity to enhance your industrial relations and change management skillset, with ample guidance from the team and an opportunity to manage the conversations firsthand. Duties Some of your key duties will include: Conduct in person re-deployment meetings with employees across various inner-city sites Handling all union correspondence in a timely manner Working with Operational leaders on deciphering re-deployment plans per site Support the team with organising planning schedules and desktop audits for redeployment opportunities Distribute letters and notifications of redeployment once meetings are completed Skills & Experience To be successful, you must have: Previous experience or exposure to a similar change management project with industrial relations matters (from a coordination, not strategic perspective, is sufficient) - essential Willingness to travel between inner-city sites where required to conduct meetings A resilient and confident nature Be immediately available to start!
