MEP Services Manager Hyperscale data centre construction projects Newly created role due to company growth Melbourne West Salary range (dependent on experience) $230k - $300k super Monday to Friday full time permanent role MCR are seeking a highly skilled Services Manager with a strong background in the delivery of MEP complex construction projects to work onsite a large hyperscale data centre construction project in West Melbourne. Working closely with the client, consultants and sub-contractors your role will incorporate the delivery of the installation of all services including MEP systems, fire, hydraulics and wider team. This role demands a proactive approach, making sure that the technical construction not only meets the desired quality standards but is completed efficiently and in line with both time and cost constraints. Key Requirements Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical). Required experience: Sound understanding of Mechanical and electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
