Contract and Lease Administrator As our highly valued Contract and Lease Administrator based in Brisbane City your role entails the entire process lifecycle of contracts and lease administration. This critical team member role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop business requirements statements, supplier work scopes, negotiate forms of agreement, procure goods and services, manage contracts and supplier performance. Similarly in the Leasing space you will engage with leasing partners and internal stakeholders including legal to review, recommend and gain approval for leasing decisions and administer active leases. You’ll make an impact by: Effectively managing the portfolio leasing activities, communication, negotiations and record keeping for all commercial and retail leased premises. Provide regular input and status reporting on the Bank’s leased asset portfolio. Engage with the Finance Business Partner to ensure alignment on leasing budgets, commitments and expenditure. Effectively coordinate and initiate the procurement process for a range of property and business-related goods and services, ensuring rigorous processes are embedded and adhered to, to minimise risk and maximise commercial benefits of contracted arrangements. Work closely with the Banks Procurement Managers to ensure contracts and performance obligations are fit for purpose and maximise benefits. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in managing the entire contract lease lifecycle, including development, review, negotiations, execution, record keeping, governance, performance and closure. Ability to draft clear and concise written communications to key stakeholders and decision makers to inform and engage all parties appropriately. Relevant experience in commercial or retail lease administration and regulatory requirements. Sound information management capabilities, proficiency in use of Microsoft Suite and proprietary lease and contract management systems. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
