Are you detail-oriented, process-focused, and comfortable working with changing demands and priorities? If you’ve worked in blue-collar recruitment and know the ins and outs of onboarding, compliance, and safety issues, this could be a great fit for you. We’re looking for someone who can bring that experience to a part-time role where you can play an important part in our operations while balancing your other commitments. We’ve identified some bottlenecks in our business that are impacting growth. This role has been created to address those gaps and free up senior leadership to focus on growing the company. TSS is a privately owned workforce solutions business working across the resources, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We recruit, mobilise, and support blue- and white-collar workers across Australia. We have a reputation for being responsive, reliable, and no-nonsense. We’re after an organised, proactive coordinator to take ownership of contractor onboarding and compliance — with a strong eye on safety — as well as a variety of other tasks. Your focus will be on working closely with recruiters, clients, and workers to ensure every new starter is compliant, well-prepared, and supported, and that records remain accurate throughout the assignment. This is a hands-on role that mixes mobilisation, compliance tracking, contractor contact, and the occasional site visit. You’ll manage the moving parts and keep everything on track. What you’ll be doing Manage end-to-end onboarding: collect, verify, and store tickets, licences, VEVO checks Book medicals, inductions, and chase up client paperwork Track expiry dates for tickets, VOCs, white cards, visas — and follow up for renewals Maintain accurate records using naming conventions and internal systems Manage PPE stock, pack and deliver gear to workers or worksites Visit contractors on-site or at workshops to drop PPE, check in, and discuss safety matters Support directors with ad hoc admin, errands, diary coordination, etc. What we’re looking for Experience in blue-collar recruitment, mobilisation, or site admin, with exposure to onboarding, compliance, and safety Someone confident on the phone — this isn’t just data entry Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance documents Strong understanding of safety requirements in the resources or energy sector within Western Australia Familiarity with FIFO mobilisation and onboarding workflows Ability to juggle competing priorities and keep things moving If you’ve worked end-to-end in blue-collar recruitment and understand the safety and compliance expectations that go with it, we’d love to hear from you.
