A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a team, based in an expanding workshop in Ballarat. The site is part of a larger group, offering stability and the chance to advance your career. The position is part hands-on and part managing a team of Mechanics. This position requires the ability to manage a team of mechanics, while still working on vehicles and providing expert diagnostic abilities to your team. You will have the knowledge to understand faults with a large variety of vehicles, or be proactive in gaining knowledge from others to identify the issue. You will have the knowledge to provide quotes to ensure that you will operate in a profitable manner, while still meeting all KPI’s.
