About the Role: As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of our large-scale manufacturing operations. This includes: Leadership & Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team (200) of production personnel, technicians, and support staff. Fostering a positive and productive work environment. Operational Excellence: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Robotics & Automation Management: Overseeing the operation and maintenance of advanced robotic systems and automated production lines. Ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. Production Planning & Execution: Developing and executing production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective action as needed. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems to ensure product quality and meet customer specifications. Budget Management: Managing the production budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance. About You: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Extensive experience (10 years) in a manufacturing management role, preferably within the automotive industry. Proven experience leading and managing large teams (200). Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, and lean manufacturing principles. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve production targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with Robotics software is a plus.
