ABOUT THE ROLE As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the backbone of the team - ensuring brokers can focus on clients by keeping records accurate, processes smooth, and service enquiries resolved quickly. You’ll spend your first six months in the office for full training and onboarding, then enjoy two days WFH each week as part of the company’s flexible working policy. DUTIES Manage inbound and outbound client communications Resolve billing enquiries, overdue accounts, and cancellations Maintain accurate records, workflows, and reports Support brokers with mid-term servicing and client follow-ups Deliver ad hoc admin support to ensure smooth operations SKILLS & EXPERIENCE We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy team environment, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in keeping things organised.
