We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Gold Coast Jaguar Land Rover in Southport. With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, we seek the services of a proactive individual, passionate about the luxury automotive industry. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. This will involve: Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld. Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate : Customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
