About the role As our business continues to grow at a rapid pace, we’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Production Manager to join our Advanced Manufacturing team. If you have a solid background in large-scale manufacturing projects especially involving switchboards, switchrooms, and kiosk systems, this is your chance to take on a dynamic role where your expertise will truly shine. Responsibilities will include: Oversight of manufacturing delivery for CE Group Switchboards HSEQ culture ownership, compliance and reporting Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements Ongoing management of Lean manufacturing processes Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders for mutually beneficial outcomes Human Resource Management for performance managemnt, development, training and resourcing requirements Functional execution improvements and Workshop management Provision of technical advice and risk mitigation strategies Provision of support to project teams in execution of project programs Production of management reports as required. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery or Production Manager, with a focus on manufacturing projects, switchboard, switchroom and kiosk systems Initiative and a general drive for success Well-developed communication skills including the ability to interact with internal customers, external stakeholders, and clients Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork Proficient in efficiency improvement Understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to switchboard, switchroom and kiosk systems Legal unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
