Our client is growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic Production Assistants to join their dynamic team! Be part of a vibrant, hands-on crew producing world-class cooling technology used across motorsport, performance, and high-end industries. You will be a part of a well structure production line, assembling high end components using a variety of power tools and machinery. What's in it for you? Monday to Thursday – start at 6:30am - 3:30pm (Fri - 6:00am - 2:30pm) 9 Day Fortnight A fully catered diner that provides free, fresh and full meals for breakfast & lunch to keep you well fed and hydrated Great hourly rates to reward your hard work Casual full-time hours with real potential for permanent roles Work in a modern, well-equipped facility with a team that values safety, skill, and teamwork Key Responsibilities: Assist in manufacturing cooling components and line assemblies using hand and power tools Support forklift operations for material movement, loading/unloading, and production flow Lift, load/unload, and position parts and fixtures Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety , including participation in WHS meetings and toolbox discussions Read and interpret basic assembly instructions or drawings Document task completion or testing results as required Skills & Experience: Experience using basic hand and power tools and general workshop tasks; mechanical or fabrication background is an advantage but not required Ability to work reliably and follow direction safely, both independently and in a team Good physical fitness for lifting, bending, standing , and repetitive tasks Attention to detail and commitment to quality and process compliance Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn Apply Now or contact Christina on 0435 121 176 - Christinah@alhltd.com.au
