We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer with strong technical and leadership capability to join a specialist consultancy working across water and wastewater infrastructure, mining, fixed plant and power systems. About the Role: Drive the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across complex water and wastewater projects Lead tenders, manage projects and act as the technical authority for electrical design Develop standards and processes that will underpin long-term capability Collaborate closely with panel manufacturing, bringing innovative solutions beyond traditional consultancy delivery Mentor and build an engineering team around you About You: Chartered Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ 10 years’ post-graduate experience in electrical engineering Strong technical background across CAD, power system design and fixed plant Proven project management and tendering experience Desire to step into a senior leadership role with real autonomy Why Join?
