A well-established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Leading Hand for immediate work on carpark and road maintenance/upgrade projects - Southside Brisbane/Logan & Surrounds. This is a labour hire position with long-term potential , with the opportunity to move onto future projects as part of an ongoing program of works. This role suits someone with solid practical experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with the site foreman to help drive productivity and support smooth daily operations. You'll be hands-on, working with a mix of trades and labour, so a versatile and cooperative approach is key.
