About the Role The Administration role is a key role providing reception services, office facilities management, and administration support across the AMA. Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, the role is part of a small and collaborative team that delivers high-quality support to staff, executives, and members. This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 9am–5pm schedule. The role is primarily office-based, with a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home following your induction period. About You As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to every task. You will be confident in providing front-of-house reception services, managing competing priorities, and delivering reliable administration support across the organisation. With excellent communication and customer service skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where being proactive, adaptable, and collaborative ensures the smooth running of office operations and services.
