What you’ll be doing: Unearthing new business, identifying pain points, and crafting tailored solutions Managing complex sales cycles from first call to closed deal Building long-term relationships, not one-off transactions Owning your patch across the East Coast and backing yourself to deliver What you’ll bring: A background in capital equipment sales or similar The ability to speak value , not just features Confidence with tenders, proposals, and stakeholder wrangling A self-starting attitude and willingness to travel when needed The base salary is between $ 120,000 and $130,000, plus super, car, and commission ($30,000 to $40,000, based on historical figures).
