Due to growth, we're currently seeking a dynamic Production Coordinator to join their team to assist with the management of workflow planning and day to day operational requirements. This is a critical position which requires strong organisational skills, high level communication abilities to manage stakeholders at all levels and the ability to think strategically in a highly demanding role. The role: Coordinate and manage daily production priorities across the business to ensure deadlines are achieved. Monitor job progress and proactively manage delays including labour, materials, equipment maintenance/breakdowns Ability to interpret plans and job requirements to ensure materials, labour, production timelines are planned, accurate and in the warehouse ready for work to commence. Attend pre start meetings ensuring workscope is accurately communicated , safety and quality procedures are followed.
