Benefits; Collaborative team environment Career progression pathways Exposed to a range of projects Australia wide stretch and growth plans Key Responsibilities; To be successful within the position of Project Manager, you will have demonstrated experience across the Construction industry, progressing from Contracts Administration or Quantity Surveying through to Project Management. Your key responsibilities within the role will include but not limited to, Working closely with the Senior Project Manager from Tender phase through to Delivery/ Handover Overseeing Programming and scheduling of work Management of Finance and Budgets, including personnel costs Contracts Management, issuing variations and invoices Liaison with subcontractors and stakeholders, including local council & authorities Overseeing on-site works to ensure WHS compliance and Quality Assurance is met Skills & Experience; You will bring strong knowledge of the Construction industry and have the following skills & experience, Relevant qualifications, Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Project Management Ability to multi-task and exceptional time management skills Strong stakeholder management skills and negotiations with subcontractors Excellent communication both written and verbal Passionate and driven individual, with the desire to progress your career.
