The Role This senior leadership role sits within the Risk team, focused on shaping the organisation’s overall collections strategy and managing complex recovery processes. Key responsibilities include: Manage complex recovery matters with professionalism and sensitivity Collaborate across departments to shape effective recovery solutions Represent collections in senior meetings and with key external stakeholders Oversee third-party collection providers and maintain service standards Strengthen internal frameworks for early risk detection and portfolio health Guide team development while introducing smarter, tech-enabled processes About you You will have at least 7 years of experience in commercial collections or risk ideally within a non-bank specialising in B2B finance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Law will be highly regarded. You bring a strategic mindset, strong commercial judgement and the ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders. You will have strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks as well as portfolio reporting tools and collection systems. Experience in managing complex casework including enforcement or insolvency is highly desirable. What’s in it for you?
