We are seeking a Social Media Advisor to play a key role in our Brand and Communication team, driving the growth of GHD’s social media presence across our - region and ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy and marketing priorities. You will provide guidance, resources, and content to enhance the GHD employer brand, working closely with the broader business to extend our reach and engagement through social media. This position can be based in any Australian, New Zealand or APAC GHD office location. This position may also be offered as permanent part-time , preferably for four days per week. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you: Oversee the development of a social media strategy and plan for the APAC region which aligns with the company’s strategic direction and marketing priorities Manage social media content to achieve a balance of content across strategic initiatives, markets, brands, people, project stories, corporate information and regional information. Maintain the APAC social media calendar and process for requesting social media posts. Develop reports and data-driven insights to advise Marketing & Communications Leads on social media best practice Collaborate with our Digital Marketing, Content Specialists, Sector Marketing Leads and relevant functions to deliver creative, differentiating and engaging social media campaigns Drive engagement internally to promote employee advocacy using social media, including the development of guides, toolkits, success stories and other resources to demonstrate and reinforce value Collaborate with our Global Marketing team to ensure a consistent enterprise approach. Support the Global Alumni Program Lead as required to leverage and promote the program in APAC. To be successful in this role you will require the following: Experience and demonstrated success in developing and delivering engaging social media content and campaigns Comprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms and associated metrics Exposure to workflow management tools such as Monday.com or similar Familiarity with software to generate images for social media, such as Canva or similar Proven ability to develop and deliver social media strategies and plans to achieve specific business outcomes Solid writing skills Ability to influence, guide and lead multiple stakeholders Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and emerging AI tools such as CoPilot Strong business acumen GHD is an equal opportunity employer, and we want everyone to be able to fully participate in our recruitment process.
