This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting B2B growth opportunities, optimising multi-channel strategies, and using data insights to enhance brand performance. With a focus on B2B integrated marketing programs, this role plays a key part in delivering impactful campaigns that support business growth, improve customer engagement, and maximise ROI through insight-led decision-making and performance optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Senior Marketing Specialist ensures alignment with business objectives while mentoring junior team members. About you This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a like role, as a strategic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for delivering impactful B2B campaigns. With extensive experience in both commercial and behaviour change marketing, you excel at developing and executing integrated strategies that drive engagement and measurable outcomes. You’re confident working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and leading initiatives with minimal oversight. A natural collaborator and communicator, you build strong relationships across internal teams, government, and commercial partners. You bring deep expertise in B2B marketing programs and analytics, using insights to inform decisions and optimise performance. You thrive in dynamic environments, mentor others, and are always seeking smarter ways to deliver results. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar Minimum 8 years’ experience in client-side Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager roles.
