About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Executive Assistant to play a key support to the National Lead Tax Partner based in Brisbane, while also contributing to operational initiatives alongside the Operations Manager. This is a fast-paced and varied position that plays a key role in enabling the Partner to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities. Beyond core executive support, you’ll also contribute to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement across the business , as well as supporting client work through seamless coordination and communication. Duties and responsibilities Diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities Prepare and coordinate documentation for meetings, including agendas, reports, presentations, and accurate minute-taking with follow-up on actions Monitor and manage email communications, flagging urgent matters Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation Coordinate client on-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk framework Support operational activities and business processes alongside the Operations Manager Manage expenses, billing, and general administrative tasks as Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion About You Previous experience in a Practice/Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ) Strong organisation skills with the a bility to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Why BDO?
