The role In this pivotal role, you’ll build and nurture meaningful relationships with our mid-value donors and Gifts in Wills supporters. You’ll play a key part in deepening engagement, inspiring generosity, and ensuring every supporter feels valued and connected to the difference they are making. This role focuses on building meaningful, long-term relationships to increase supporter loyalty, lifetime value, and confirmed bequests, ensuring these donors are deeply connected to the impact of their giving. The role contributes directly to income generation, pipeline development, and supporter engagement across the Foundation’s individual giving program. This is a permanent full-time role, based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane. Who are you? Key criteria To be successful in this role, you will possess the following: Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications or equivalent level of experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in related role. Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or relationship management—preferably within bequests, mid-value, or individual giving. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to sensitively and authentically engage supporters. Demonstrated ability to manage a donor pipeline and deliver against revenue and relationship KPIs. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM/database systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
