About the role With an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we’re seeking experienced Site Administrators. Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns. In this role, you will: Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours Managing mobilisation process Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements About You Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite 2 years experience in a similar position Experience with JDE & Inex required Experience in mining operations administration Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues What Thiess Can Do for You Permanent full-time positions Full camp facilities provided Thiess’ commitment to training & development Range of corporate discounts including health insurance (Medibank), travel & retail products.
